"Great company to deal with"

I would definitely recommend Rocksteady Roofing, Martin was very friendly and professional when he came out and explained everything very clearly — the steps required to replace roof and timescales. Martin kept in touch at every stage which was great. All the guys working on the job were all very professional, great workers and very polite and friendly. I had a massive hole in my roughcasting and other miscellaneous holes that developed over 15+ years, the garden was overgrown and my outdoor tap was leaking. I received a personal visit from Martin the owner/director to discuss my needs — he broke down all the options, did not pressure me at all and explained the process in detail. The people that came out were amazing, working consistently 8am to 5-6pm for 5 full days. They did an excellent job on the roughcasting repairs and coating, trimmed back overgrown weeds, removed a defunct Sky dish, fixed my outdoor tap — and reattached my house number. It truly is a night and day transformation.

Martin was very professional, friendly, polite and gave us detailed communication from the start of the project and all the way through the process and after completion. The guys on site were great, worked very hard, were polite and respectful and worked through some bad weather, tidying up at the end of each day. Mark and Connor who carried out the painting and repairing to the roughcasting were excellent, they went above and beyond and nothing was too much for them — really nice guys. We recently used Rocksteady Roofing Ltd for a replacement new roof, facings and guttering on an older terraced house. We gladly give them the 5* review. Due to the time of year and at some points extreme weather conditions there was always going to be potential delays but Martin and his team dealt with this effectively and efficiently. There was consistent communication from the initial quotation through to the completion of the job with a complete tidy up. Overall a friendly and pleasant experience and we are happy to recommend.
