Cracked areas, fractures, damaged surfaces and blown or "bossed" areas — where the existing surface has detached or become unstable — are repaired before coating.

Anti-fungicide Treatment
An anti-fungicide treatment deals with remaining organic growth and provides a clean, suitable surface for the coating system.

The resin coating is designed to remain flexible with the normal movement of the building, preventing the flaking and blistering that can occur with more rigid traditional masonry paints.
